Today is my Siberian Husky, Luna’s, first birthday! Being the incredibly extra dog mom that I am, I could not let the day pass without going all out. This included a birthday trip to daycare, multiple wrapped presents, and of course, her very own peanut butter “pupcakes”.

These easy to make “pupcakes” were a hit with all four of my family’s dogs! Heck, they looked good enough for a human to eat! In fact, I actually did try a bite of one and they weren’t that bad, just not as sweet as a normal human dessert haha.

The cakes were super simple to make, and that’s coming from someone who ruins every baked good she ever tries to make. You basically just combine all the ingredients using an electric mixer, pop them in the oven for 18-22 minutes, and you’re good to go!

I cut a hole in the tip of a sandwich bag to frost them, but you could just as easily slather it on with a butter knife. Once they’re frosted, garnish with a Milk-Bone treat, and you’ve got a delicious treat for your pup on their special day!

The recipe makes about 8 “pupcakes” but you can easily double it to make more or cut it in half to make less!
