Peanut Butter Pupcakes

Ingredients
  

Pupcakes
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter creamy
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 medium banana mashed
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
Frosting
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter creamy
  • 1 tsp milk
  • Milkbones (optional)

Method
 

  1. Heat oven to 350°
  2. Line cupcake wells with cupcake liners
  3. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat together peanut butter, oil, banana, honey, and egg until well combined
  4. Add flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix on low-medium speed until combined
  5. Scoop batter into cupcake liners
  6. Bake for 18-22 minutes. Allow pupcakes to cool before frosting
  7. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter and milk until combined
  8. Frost pupcakes and garnish with a Milkbone treat
