Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup carob powder
  • 1/2 cup cool whip

Method
 

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees
  2. Grease 9"x2" round cake pan
  3. Combine egg, peanut butter, oil, vanilla, and honey in large mixing bowl; mix well
  4. Sift together flour and baking soda; fold into wet ingredient mixture
  5. Add 1/4 cup of carob powder and combine well
  6. Pour cake batter into greased cake pan
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly
  8. Let cool
  9. Frost with cool whip
