When this post goes live I will be on my way to Disney World for a week long vacation with my family! I adore Disney and everything it has to offer from it’s movies to TV shows and of course, the theme parks. My family has given several of our dogs over the years Disney inspired names, and even my own Luna has the middle name Belle after the Disney princess! Since I’m already well on my way to becoming a Disney adult, I figured it only made sense to share some Disney inspired dog names with all of you! Today, I’m sharing 25 Disney inspired names for your dog. 

Disney Princess and Prince Inspired Names for Your Dog

If the classic fairytales are your favorite Disney movies and stories than consider a princess or prince inspired name for your dog!

1. Elsa

While technically a queen and not a princess, Elsa is the perfect dog name for any snowy dog breed such as a Siberian Husky, Samoyed, Malamute, or American Eskimo Dog!

2. Belle

Bella is definitely on the top of the list of most popular dog names, but Belle is a cute and slightly more unique twist on the name! Plus, it’s after one of the OG Disney Princesses, Belle from Beauty and the Beast.

3. Ariel

Ariel, after the mermaid from Disney’s “The Little Mermaid”, is the perfect name for any water loving pup such as a Golden Retriever or Poodle. Bonus points if they have a red colored coat!

4. Aladdin

After wooing Princess Jasmine, Aladdin’s life changes from a life of street living to a life of royal luxury!

5. Naveen

Prince Naveen is turned into a frog in the Disney movie “The Princess and the Frog” along with Princess Tiana. 

6. Flynn

Flynn Rider is Rapunzel’s love interest in “Tangled” and makes a super cute Disney inspired name for your dog!

It’s not a true Disney movie if it doesn’t feature talking animals! If you’re looking for a Disney inspired name for your dog, consider naming them after one of these adorable animal characters!

1. Nemo

Nemo is the cute, fun loving clown fish from the movie “Finding Nemo”. 

2. Bambi

Bambi is arguably one of the saddest movies in the Disney library, but the cute little deer has the perfect name for any pup!
